The US Government has been playing war games on the big screen for a long time. Their goal is to rid the country of all riff raff that challenges them in any way. There are names for the war games they are playing. One is called Endgame, the brainchild of homeland security. Its stated purpose is to round up all “removable aliens” and “potential terrorists”. Another is The United States Civil Disturbance Plan 55-2 code named Operation Garden Plot. Conceived over a half a decade ago, it is a series of continually updated plans devised by the US military in how it will respond to “civil unrest”. It calls for the big guns, using both lethal and non lethal means as well as global environmental satellites to squash any and all uprisings. Operation Garden Plot has already been put in action in a number of different “insurrection acts” in this country including Little Rock, AR in 1958 when the first public high school became integrated, the Detroit Riots of 1967, the New York City postal strike of 1970 where over 10,000 military troops were stationed at various post offices to take over postal duties and to make sure none of the strikers intervened with the continued flow of mail (they only processed government and business mail), the LA riots of 1992, and the 1999 WTO battle in Seattle. In an article by Frank Morales about Operation Garden Plot, he reasons about civil unrest. “And yet, does not this assumption beg the question as to what civil unrest is? One could argue for example, that civil disturbance is nothing less than democracy in action, a message to the powers-that-be that the people want change. In this instance “disturbing behavior” may actually be the exercising of ones’ right to resist oppression. Unfortunately, the American corporate/military directorship, which has the power to enforce its’ definition of “disorder”, sees democracy as a threat and permanent counter-revolution as a “national security” requirement.” Annex A, section B of Operation Garden Plot defines tax protesters, militia groups, religious cults, and general anti-government dissenters as Disruptive Elements. They are very serious about this. There is a whole section of Operation Garden Plot devoted to reiterating the need to keep their plans a secret from “the enemy”.
Just how extensive are these plans to control the threat of insurrection? In 1999, the US entered into a series of single bid contracts with KBR--(a subsidiary of Halliburton), to build detention camps at undisclosed locations throughout the United States. Under the direction of FEMA, abandoned army bases have been turned into civilian detention camps, equip with barbed wire, lookout towers, and large human storage units. They are continually in the process of building and stockpiling, planning and testing, spying and gathering information, and developing their global information network as they prepare for war with the citizens of this country.

HR 1955 is just another step on the road to total dictatorship and martial law. It will be a lot easier to round up Americans en masse if they are charged as terrorists and considered a threat to homeland security. The United States is not a democracy. It just pretends to be until the day it can finally show its true colors. Red for all the innocent blood that has been shed on this soil, white for all the whitewashing that has been done since the founding of this country, and blue for the unnecessary fear the government has instilled in the hearts of its citizens so they can get away with murder. . When bills and acts that give the President unilateral powers get passed, and our basic rights such as Habeas Corpus get tossed out the window with little to no opposition in Congress, the route this country is headed is clear. All the signs are pointing in one direction and everything is in place. The vultures are hovering above, just waiting for a large enough civil unrest so they can swoop down for the kill.

Its hard to say how bad it will be, when it will be, or what will be. But one thing is for certain, when the US government unleashes its full force against its citizens, we will all be faced with the choice of continuing our revolutionary work or being silent and blending in out of fear. Some of us have already had to make that choice and they are staying true to themselves and the causes they believe in. Others have sold out and they will have to live with that the rest of their lives. The time is coming when a sieve will sift through everyone of us in this country and we will have to chose between working with the government in some capacity like spying on our neighbors or joining a national civilian defense corps, or being an “enemy combatant” by staying true to ourselves, each other, and what we believe in. This information is a wake up call. Use it as you will and investigate further if you are inclined. Tell others about it and stay aware.
