BLACKOUT BRIGADE – Death and Dishonesty CD

This one’s for the non-dodgy skinheads out there. From the urban wasteland of Winnipeg comes this crew of rough-and-tumble hooligans. On this CD, they give us some well-played meat and potatoes oi-influenced streetpunk/hardcore a’la BONECRUSHER with slightly melodic moments which remind me of the BOUNCING SOULS. The BRIGADE features two vocalists which mixes things up nicely between the more aggro sound and the melodic sound. These folks would fit very nicely on a bill with KNUCKLEHEAD, the PROWLERS, and mid-90s AGNOSTIC FRONT. More quality you’ve come to expect from Insurgence Records!
