This week we discussed the recent supreme kourt decision on the Citizens United v. Federal Election Commission case that has overridden decades of precedent regarding corporate involvement in federal elections. The 5-4 decision has allowed corporations to dig into their treasuries to influence the electoral process all the way up to election day.
