Barricata, from France, is packed with interviews: BANDA BASSOTTI, BAYONETS, TIME BOMB, JEFFERSON MONSON articles about the Israel’s apartheid wall, and more. What makes it stand out from the typical music-oriented punk zines is its rich variety – pressing social issues seem to be as important as punk music to the writers. Top notch layout, by the way, akin to modern day PE. Highly recommended, but remember that it is all in French! (adaa).
